Ticket Purchase Agreement

Between

Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories Ltd., Herein Referred to as

 “Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories”

And

The Ticket Purchasers

    * Terms and Conditions
    * All sales are final!!! No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
          o In the event of a rescheduled Event:
                + If an Event is postponed, the tickets will be honored for the new date of the Event. New tickets will not be issued.
                      # If you cannot make the rescheduled date the ticket price will not be refunded.
          o In the event of a cancelled Event which has no rescheduled date:
                + A full refund will be issued to the purchaser, less shipping and handling charges, provided the following occurs:
                      # The tickets must be returned to this office within ten (10) business days of the original Event date.
                      # We suggest you return the tickets via certified, insured mail, or Federal Express. Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories is not responsible for any messenger charges incurred.
    * Change in Presenters
          o Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories reserves the right to change the presenter(s) at an Event or to change the presenter(s) and/or Event date should a presenter be unavailable for any reason.  Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories will endeavour to find replacement presenters and/or an alternate Event date where a key presenter is unavailable, but Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories is not obligated to do so.
    * Internet sales are not in real time; therefore, all tickets are subject to availability and change.
          o Ticket availability and prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
          o Ticket prices and availability are not guaranteed until orders are confirmed*.
          o Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories further reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
          o We will contact you if the tickets you ordered are no longer available or if we are unable to fill the order as you requested.
          o We reserve the right to upgrade your tickets for the same price.
                + We may offer you alternate seats if the original seats you requested are not available. We may also direct you back to our online ordering site to review current inventory.
    * *Confirmed Orders
          o You will be notified by telephone, email or fax once your order is confirmed* .
                + Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories is not responsible for email confirmations not received.
          o Orders placed after 5 PM M.S.T. weekdays, holidays or on weekends may not be processed until the next working day.
    * Typographical Errors.
          o In the event a ticket is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers.
    * Ticket Prices.
          o All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is confirmed*.
    * Delivery.
                + All tickets will be dispatched one (1) month prior to the Event using Canada Post.  Delivery process is at the risk of the person ordering the tickets and Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories is in no way liable for lost or late tickets.
          o Delivery time
                + Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event.
          o If you do not receive your tickets at least 2 days prior to the event, you must call or e-mail our office so we can track your shipment.
    * Pick-Up or Will-Call.
                + If your tickets need to be picked up at Will Call or other designated location, we require you to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets.  In addition photo ID is also required to pick-up tickets.
          o Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories is not responsible for tickets left at will-call or any other location if the ticket purchaser fails to pick up their ordered tickets.
          o You must bring your photo ID and the credit card used in order to pick-up.
    * Transportation to the Event
          o Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories shall not be held responsible for damages, for delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation to the Event.
    * Tickets
          o Upon delivery of tickets, you must review all documents for accuracy. Call Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories immediately if there is a discrepancy at 403.244.0455 or send an e-mail to hello@glindagirls.com
          o Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories will not be responsible for any discrepancies if you do not contact us within 24 hours after receiving tickets.
          o When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.
    * Agreement acceptance.
          o E-Mail
                + Gorgeous Clothing and Accessories and their agents are not responsible for any errors or delays in responding to an order.

 

          o Entire agreement
                + This Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the tickets, and supersedes any prior understanding or agreement (whether oral or written) regarding the tickets, and may not be amended or modified.
          o Submitting an order online or via fax indicates your AGREEMENT to these terms and conditions.
